Yosprala is a combination drug that contains aspirin andomeprazole. Aspirin is used to treat a variety of conditions, including: Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Reduction of heart attack and death risk in people with angina, Reduction of heart attack and death risk in people with a prior heart attack history, Reduction of stroke and death risk in people with a prior stroke history Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This class of drugs greatly increases the risk of gastric ulcers. Omeprazole is included to reduce the stroke risk.
