Tell your doctor if you have any history of high blood pressure, seizures, brain injury, stroke, brain tumors, heart disease, heart attack, diabetes, high blood cholesterol or fats (triglycerides) or broken bones before starting on Xtandi medication. Medication should not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Men with a pregnant wife or partner should use a condom during sexual activity while using enzalutamide treatment and for 3 months after stopping their treatment. Men with a female partner of childbearing age who is not pregnant should use a condom and another form of birth control while using this medication and for 3 months after treatment completes.
