Wynzora (calcipotriene and betamethasone dipropionate) is a topical cream used to treatplaque psoriasisin patients who are at least 18 years old. Calcipotriene is a vitamin D analog and betamethasone dipropionate is a corticosteroid.

Wynzora ( Calcipotriene and Betamethasone dipropionate)

  • Wynzora is supplied in a tube containing 0.005% calcipotriene and 0.064% betamethasone dipropionate. One gram of Wynzora cream consists of 50 mcg ofcalcipotrieneand 0.644 mg ofbetamethasone dipropionate. Follow the instructions that come with your prescription. If you have any questions or concerns about your prescription, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Wynzora cream should be applied to the affected areas of the skin one time a day for up to 8 weeks. Do not apply more than 100 grams of cream per week. Do not apply the cream to the face, groin, or armpit. Do not apply to thin skin. Do not get the cream in your mouth, eyes, or vagina. You should not use occlusive dressings unless your doctor has instructed you to do so.
