  • The starting dose of Uloric is 40 mg by mouth once daily. Your prescriber may increase the dose to 80 mg after two weeks if the response to medication is inadequate. It can be increased one more time if needed to 120 mg once daily. Your dosage may need to be adjusted if you have kidney problems.
