  • Inhale one inhalation of TRELEGY ELLIPTA once daily. After taking a TRELEGY ELLIPTA dosage, always rinse the mouth with water without swallowing after use, as the ingredient fluticasone can increase the risk of oropharyngeal candidiasis (thrush).
