Pletal (Cilostazol)

  • The recommended dosage is 100 mg by mouth twice daily. Take 30 minutes before or two hours after breakfast and dinner. The dosage may be 50 mg by mouth twice daily when taken with certain medications such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, diltiazem, ticlopidine, fluconazole, and omeprazole.
