  • Oseni is available as a tablet in the following strengths: 12.5 mg alogliptin/15 mg pioglitazone, 12.5 mg/30 mg pioglitazone, 12.5 mg alogliptin/45 mg pioglitazone 25 mg alogliptin/15 mg pioglitazone, 25 mg alogliptin/30 mg pioglitazone, 25 mg alogliptin/45 mg pioglitazone Your initial dose will depend on your current regimen and medical condition(s). The daily oral dose should not be more than alogliptin 25 mg/pioglitazone 45 mg. Your dose may be adjusted if you haveheart failure, kidney problems, or if you take certain medications such as gemfibrozil. Oseni can be taken with or without food.
