Onzetra Xsail (Sumatriptan nasal powder)
- Use Onzetra Xsail exactly as prescribed by your physician. First, open the pouch and remove the first nosepiece. Remove the device cover and insert the nosepiece until it clicks. Press and release the white button to pierce the medication capsule. Then, insert the nosepiece and blow with the mouth into the device for 2-3 seconds. Repeat for the second nostril. The starting dosage is 11 mg once by inhalation in each nostril. Do not exceed 44 mg or two doses in 24 hours.
