Seek care right away if you experience any of these effects., Ongentys can cause you to feel sleepy or fall asleep, even during the daytime or during normal activities. You should not drive or operate machinery until you know how Ongentys affects you., Ongentys can cause low blood pressure. Your blood pressure should be monitored during treatment with Ongentys., Ongentys can cause or worsen dyskinesia, or sudden involuntary movements. Tell your doctor right away if this occurs., Ongentys can cause hallucinations or psychosis. Tell your doctor right away if these occur., Ongentys can cause impulsive behaviors or intense and uncontrollable urges to gamble, spend money, binge eat, and/or other urges. Tell your doctor right away if you experience these behaviors or urges., A sudden withdrawal or dose decrease can cause withdrawal-emergent hyperpyrexia and confusion with symptoms that may include a fever, stiff muscles, altered mental status, and autonomic instability.
