Neoral (Cyclosporine)

Take this medication orally as instructed by your doctor, usually twice daily. You can take this medication with or without food, but it is important to pick one way and take this medication the same way with each dose. The dosage is based on your weight, medical condition, lab tests, and response to treatment. Use this medication on a daily basis to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day. It may take up to 4 months before you get the full benefit of this drug for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. Tell your doctor if your condition does not get better (in 4 to 8 weeks for arthritis and 2 to 4 weeks for psoriasis) or if it gets worse.
