Medunik (Hydroxyurea)

The active ingredient ishydroxyurea. Siklos is available in 1000 mg and 100 mg tablets.

The dose must be adjusted if you have a history of kidney problems or kidney impairment. Avoid the sun or wear appropriate protective clothing and sunscreen while taking this drug. The healthcare team should carefully monitor bone marrow function while taking this drug. Siklos is harmful to a developing fetus. Use appropriate contraception while taking this drug.
