Lonsurf (Trifluridine / Tipiracil)
- Take 1 Lonsurf tablet twice a day, with food. Lonsurf dosage is in either 15 or 20mg tablets, and your physician will prescribe the one that is best for you. Lonsurf goes on a 28-day treatment schedule; you will take your tablet twice a day for 5 days, and you then rest for 2 days. This is your dosage schedule for the first 2 weeks. After that you will not take Lonsurf for 14 days (2 weeks). This schedule is then repeated.
