Kerendia (Finerenone)

  • Kerendia is available in 10 mg and 20 mg oral tablets. Follow the instructions that come with your Kerendia prescription. If you have any questions or concerns about your prescription, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Your starting dose will depend on your kidney function and potassium levels in your blood. The typical starting dosage is to take 10 mg or 20 mg by mouth once daily with or without food. After 4 weeks, your doctor may increase your dose to 20 mg once daily depending on your kidney function and blood potassium levels.
