The standard dosage is 500 mg in single or divided doses. Your doctor may increase the dose to 750-1000 mg per day if needed for widespread infections.
Tell your doctor if you have a history of blood disorders. Grifulvin V has been rarely reported to causeleukopenia. Use caution if you have a history of liver problems before taking this medication. If you have a history of allergic reactions to penicillin, use caution before taking Grifulvin V. Wear sunscreen while taking this medication because it can increase the sensitivity to the sun.
