Dificid is a prescription C. difficile associated diarrhea treatment medication that is used to limit the severity of diarrhea and reduce the frequency of it by clearing the bacterial infection in the intestine. Dificid (Fidaxomicin)
- Standard dosage guidelines for Dificid is to take 1 Dificid 200mg tablet 2x each day and taking the second tablet 12 hours after the first one.
