Cutivate (Fluticasone Propionate)

  • Follow the directions that come with your prescription. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Before applying Cutivate, clean the affected area(s) of the skin. Apply a thin layer of Cutivate to the affected area(s) of the skin every 12 to 24 hours. Gently rub in the medication. You should not bandage, wrap, or cover the area unless your doctor told you to. After each use, wash your hands unless you are using the medication to treat your hands. If your condition has not improved within two weeks, contact your doctor. Do not apply the medication to your face, groin, or underarms. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, and mouth. Do not use it for diaper rash unless your doctor has directed you to do so.
