  • The typical Iopidine Eye Drops dosage is one drop in the affected eye(s) three times per day, as directed by a healthcare provider. After administering the drop, keep your eyes closed for 2 minutes and apply gentle pressure to the inside corner of the eye to prevent the medication from draining.
