  • Follow the instructions that come with your Bromday prescription. The recommended Bromday dosage is to place one drop into the affected eye(s) one time a day starting on the day before surgery and continuing through the first 2 weeks after surgery. To prevent contamination, do not let the tip of the dropper touch any surface. If you use other eye drops, use them 5 minutes apart.
