Anaprox (naproxen sodium) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal trauma and tooth extraction. It is also used to treat period pain and pain associated with cramping after giving birth. Anaprox is available in 275 mg oral tablets.

  • Take Anaprox as directed by your doctor. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Dosage with Anaprox 275 mg tablets: The recommended starting dose of Anaprox is two tablets by mouth, then one tablet by mouth every 6 to 8 hours as needed. Do not take more than 5 tablets (1,375 mg) per day.
