Amprya is an oral medication prescribed for patients withMultiple Sclerosis (MS). MS is a disease that affects several different systems in the body.   • The standard and maximum doses are 10 mg by mouth every 12 hours. Amprya may be taken with or without food. The capsules should not be crushed, chewed, and opened. If you miss a dose, do not take double the amount. Call your pharmacist for directions on what to do.
