Aceon Plus (perindopril/indapamide) is a two-drug combination used to help lower blood pressure. Perindopril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, works by relaxing your blood vessels, enabling easier blood flow. Indapamide, a diuretic (water pill), works by making you urinate to help your body get rid of extra salt and water.

  • Aceon Plus should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. Any questions or concerns should be referred to your doctor or pharmacist. Aceon Plus is typically taken by mouth once daily. Because Aceon Plus causes patients to urinate, patients are recommended to take the medication in the morning.
