Aceon (Perindopril)

  • Read all the information that comes with your prescription. Take Aceon as your doctor has prescribed. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about any questions or concerns that arise. The recommended starting dose for treating high blood pressure is 4 mg by mouth once daily. Your doctor may increase the dose, up to a maximum of 16 mg per day, until your blood pressure is controlled. The recommended starting dose for treating stable CAD is 4 mg by mouth once daily for two weeks, then increased, as tolerated, to a maintenance dose of 8 mg by mouth once daily.
